My favourite podcasts
Below is a list of my favourite podcasts that I regularly listen to, and that I totally recommend you check out. I use an app called Castbox on my phone that lets me stream them directly. It’s super life-changing to listen to something uplifting while you’re taking a walk to the grocery store or just going out for a peaceful walk. It opens up my mind, my heart, and helps me re-charge for the rest of the day, or even the week!
